'I believe faith can move mountains.'
I AM: Shiv Kapoor
For me, spirituality encompasses one's beliefs. It is a way of attaining inner peace. There is spiritualism in the way we interpret the meaning of life and how we reconcile with our ups and downs.
I am not really spiritual. I am rationale and pragmatic in my approach to life. And when it comes to remembering God, I find myself rather laidback.
But then, aren't we all like that when things don't go our way? However, I have always believed in the existence of a power up there.

That unseen super power controls and regulates our lives.
And I believe in destiny. But at the same time, I am not the kind to blindly surrender to my destiny. I believe, we all in some way, are responsible to change our destiny through our efforts.
So that we do not regret having not tried to get the desired effect. I am not religious in the ritualistic sense of the term. I do not believe in idol worship nor do I visit any temple.
My parents aren't very religious either. However, I have been brought up to believe in god. As a junior golfer, I had a lucky cap or a shirt that I usually wore while playing.
There were certain little things that I would do before getting into the game. Gradually, with time I've realised that such believes lead to nowhere. I would rather work hard reap the harvest.

What has to happen will happen. I believe in the saying that the harder you work, the luckier you get. My philosophy is that if you are true to yourself and put your best foot forward, good things will eventually be yours.
Work hard and faith go hand in hand. I believe faith can move mountains. Sometimes it's simple things like watching movies and being with friends that give solace to the mind.
At the moment though, my current state of mind is relaxed and confident.
